You are buying a licence to use a study course, not ownership of it. It is for you — one named person. You may read it, study from it, and print or save a copy for your own use. You may not share it, resell it, republish it, feed it to an AI system, or use it to train anyone else. Every copy we serve is individually marked, so a shared copy can be traced back to the account it came from. The full terms below govern; this box is a summary, not a substitute.

We sell independent study courses that prepare people for certification and licensure examinations. We do not sell exams, exam registrations, certifications, licences, or continuing-education credit, and we are not a testing body, a licensing board, or a school.
Each course is delivered in your browser and includes instructional modules, scored quizzes, a timed practice final examination, and a completion record we call a Training Milestone Award. Courses are updated when the awarding body changes its published exam blueprint, and updates are included for as long as your access lasts.
Every course on this site is an original work. The instructional text, the examination questions, the answer options and the explanations were written by us from publicly published exam content outlines. They are not copied from any exam, question bank, brain dump, or other publisher's material.

Buying a course transfers no ownership of any kind. Certification names and exam codes belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the exam a course prepares you for.
When you buy a course we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own study and exam preparation. Specifically, you may:
The licence is granted to one named person — the person who bought it, or the named individual a company assigned a seat to. It is not a household licence, a team licence or a site licence, and it cannot be transferred, resold, lent or shared.
You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:
If you want to use a course with a crew, a class or a workforce, that is a company licence — see section 12. We sell those, and they cost less per person than buying separately.
You may not use the content, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, evaluate, embed, index or ground any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence system, and you may not submit it to any such system for those purposes. Automated access, crawling and scraping of the platform are prohibited. Using an AI assistant to help you understand material you are personally studying is fine; supplying our content to a system that reproduces or repurposes it is not.
Every copy of a course we serve is individually marked. Each purchase carries a unique licence identifier which appears on the page, in the response our servers send, and in the text of the material itself. The mark contains no personal information, but it lets us identify which account a copy came from.
By using a course you acknowledge and consent to this marking, and you agree that where a copy of our content appears somewhere it should not, we may use the mark as evidence of the account it originated from. We keep the marking in place deliberately, and removing or attempting to remove it is a breach of these terms.
Access is granted by a licence key or access link issued when your payment clears. Keep it to yourself. Access binds to the first email address that activates it. We may suspend or revoke access, without refund, where we reasonably believe it is being shared, resold, or used in breach of these terms.
We apply reasonable limits on how much content one licence can open in a short period. These exist to make bulk copying difficult, not to restrict genuine study. If you hit one legitimately, email us and we will sort it out.
Finishing a course earns a Training Milestone Award. It records that you completed our study course. It is not a certificate, not a certification, not a licence, and not continuing-education credit. It does not qualify you to do regulated work and no employer or awarding body is obliged to recognise it. The only place to obtain an actual credential is the body that awards it, and every course tells you which body that is and where to go.
We are an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or recognised by any certification body, licensing board, awarding organisation or test maker.
We cannot and do not guarantee that you will pass any examination. No study course can. Exam bodies change their blueprints, fees, rules and dates; we keep courses current against what those bodies publish, but you must confirm current requirements, fees and eligibility with the awarding body before you register or sit an exam. Course content is educational and is not professional, legal, medical, engineering or safety advice for any specific situation.
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the course concerned.
If a course is not what you expected, email support@realstudyguides.com within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No store credit, no fine print. Refunds end your licence and your access. We may decline a refund where the account shows signs of bulk extraction rather than study.
Companies can license courses for their employees or their own enrolled students, with seats assigned to named individuals, a manager console, roster reporting, and the option to deliver the courses under the company's own name and colours. Those arrangements are governed by a separate written licence agreement, not by these terms. Enquire at support@realstudyguides.com.
Nothing in a company licence permits redistribution of the content beyond the named seats, and no white-label arrangement transfers ownership or permits the licensee to claim authorship.
Breaching the licence in sections 4 to 7 is both a breach of these terms and, where it involves copying or distributing the content, copyright infringement. We monitor for republished content, we send takedown notices, and we pursue serious or commercial infringement. Where a breach is traced to an account, we may terminate access without refund in addition to any other remedy.
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, write to support@realstudyguides.com with the details required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) and we will act on it.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your purchase, and material changes will carry a new "last updated" date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and the courts of Rockdale County, Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stands.
